Barbara Dunn was born in Wiesbaden with a Polish-American heritage. Dunn holds a Masters Degree in philology, with special emphasis on literature, language, theatre & film. As a consultant, she has been working for a U.S. organization since 1996. She has performed as singer and actress at the Hessian State Theatre. In the 1980s, she was the face & voice of the well-known pop-punk band “Barbarella”.

Wolf Karpen was born in 1963 in Kiel. Initially wanting to become a primary school teacher, he spent the last 13 years working as a project manager for a U.S. consulting company. In the 1990s he was part of the exground team and nowadays still supports them (moderator for several German Short Film contests, translation work). Being a self-confessed movie- and music freak, he owns Wiesbaden’s largest DVD and CD collection.

Mark Winkler was born in 1970 in Wriezen, Oderbruch and has been living in Berlin for 20 years now. During his studies of process engineering he earned extra money working in the fair trade and has been working for 15 years as a project lead for exhibit stand construction and decoration. His work has a lot to do with illusiveness and artificial worlds which might explain his interest in movies.
